These terms cover your use of the Pill2U waitlist website. By joining the mailing list or using this site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not submit your email.

What this site is

Pill2U is preparing a pharmacist-led online contraceptive service with discreet delivery. This website is a pre-launch waitlist only. It does not provide consultations, prescriptions, medicines, or clinical advice.

Joining the list does not register you as a patient, confirm eligibility, reserve treatment, or guarantee that the service will launch on a particular date.

Not medical advice

Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you need contraception or urgent help now, contact your GP, a sexual health clinic, a pharmacy, or NHS 111. In an emergency, call 999.

The mailing list

You confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• The email address you give is yours and is accurate
• You want us to email you when the service opens, as described in our Privacy Policy

You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing [email protected].

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Misuse the site or try to interrupt or break it
• Submit someone else’s email without their permission
• Use the site to send harmful, unlawful, or abusive content
• Copy or scrape the site in a way that harms our service

We may remove waitlist entries or block access if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

Content and availability

The site, branding, text, and images are owned by LightRx LTD or used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without our consent.

We may change, pause, or close the waitlist site at any time. We do not promise that it will always be available or error-free.

Liability

This waitlist is provided free of charge. We are not liable for loss that comes from using the site, from a delay to launch, or from not receiving an email (for example if it is filtered as spam), except where we cannot exclude liability by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

When the clinical service launches, separate terms will apply to consultations and supply of medicines.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The “last updated” date will change when we do.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer in the UK.
